A good training week balances play, practice, review, and recovery. More court time is helpful only when it has a clear purpose.

One technical focus

Choose one technical theme for the week, such as volley preparation, bandeja recovery, or return consistency.

One tactical focus

Pick one tactical idea, such as holding the net, defending with the glass, or choosing better lobs under pressure.

One review session

Upload a short clip to Padel Coach App and review the feedback. The goal is not to analyze everything. The goal is to decide what matters next.

One recovery habit

Use warm-up, cool-down, injury, and recovery tracking to protect consistency. Players who stay healthy can repeat good training for longer.

Log the week

At the end of the week, log what improved and what still needs attention. This makes the next week easier to plan.
