Setup
One player starts at the net. A partner or coach feeds medium-paced balls to the forehand and backhand volley.
How to run it
- Hit controlled volleys cross-court
- Recover to ready position after every shot
- Keep the racket prepared before the feed
- Work for 60 to 90 seconds, then rest
